Sowjanya Reddy
Founder, OTAAT (One Text at a Time) | Board Member, Wombto18
It started with a question that wouldn't let her go: What if a single text message could save a life — and plant a tree for a better tomorrow?
That question became OTAAT, founded under Ai2Mind, and from it grew something bigger than anyone expected: Wombto18, the world's first integrated platform to support and track a child's journey from pregnancy all the way to age 18.
Sowjanya isn't just building technology — she's reimagining how care reaches families. A simple SMS, WhatsApp message, or email becomes a vaccine reminder that arrives at exactly the right moment. A registered child becomes the reason a tree is planted, quietly building a generation that grows up carbon-neutral, one cohort at a time. Parents, pediatricians, hospitals, and schools — once disconnected — now move as one coordinated ecosystem around the child at the center of it all.
What sets her apart isn't just the scale of the vision, but the care behind it. Every feature she champions is designed to give families dignity, not just data; purpose, not just process.
As she puts it:
"From womb to 18, every milestone matters. Every message counts. Every tree planted shapes a future."
Sowjanya brings that same conviction to the Wombto18 board — pushing the platform to stay rooted in empathy even as it scales, and to measure success not just in users onboarded, but in lives genuinely changed.

Dr. Pramod Jog
Board Member, Wombto18
Four decades ago, before "public health campaign" was even part of India's vocabulary, a young pediatrician in Pune helped start something that would change the country. Goodbye Polio began as a grassroots movement — door to door, parent to parent — and went on to inspire India's nationwide Pulse Polio campaign. Dr. Pramod Jog was there at its roots, and that instinct to turn local conviction into national impact has defined his career ever since.
In the years since, Dr. Jog has become one of India's most trusted voices in maternal and child health. He served as President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics in 2016 and chaired India's Vaccine Advisory Committee (ACVIP), shaping the immunization guidelines that protect millions of children. As Head of Family Medicine and Professor of Pediatrics at D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, he has spent his career not just treating children, but training the generations of doctors who treat them now.
His influence reaches well beyond India. As a steering committee member for GAVI's Civil Society Organizations and a standing committee member of the International Pediatric Association, Dr. Jog has helped shape vaccine access and child health policy on a global stage — work recognized through thousands of talks and presentations delivered to clinicians and policymakers worldwide.
Even with all this, he's never confined his idea of child wellness to the clinic alone. A pioneer in pediatric asthma care, Dr. Jog has long championed a more complete view of health — one where Ayurveda, yoga, and integrative practices sit alongside modern medicine in raising healthier children.
That same wholeness is what he brings to Wombto18's board: clinical rigor, decades of public trust, and an unwavering belief that nurturing a child is never just about treating illness — it's about walking with every milestone, from womb to adulthood.

Dr. Tanmay Amladi
Board Member, Wombto18
For over 35 years, Dr. Tanmay Amladi has stood at the very beginning of a child's journey — in the delivery room, in the NICU, in the first fragile hours that determine so much of what follows. As former Head of Neonatology at Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital, Mumbai, one of India's most respected maternity institutions, he helped shape neonatal care protocols that are now followed nationwide. As Past President of IAP Mumbai, he carried that influence further still, mentoring the next generation of pediatricians along the way.
His work has never stayed within one city, or one country. Dr. Amladi has partnered with WHO and UNICEF on child health missions that reach far beyond any single hospital's walls, bringing a global lens to problems that are often treated as only local. Today, while practicing at Prime Healthcare Group in Dubai, he continues to mentor rising pediatricians and remains a sought-after expert in early childhood development — proof that his commitment to children's health was never bound by geography.
At Wombto18, that global perspective meets a very concrete mission. Dr. Amladi is leading the platform's push to drive vaccination coverage for 10 million children, while helping institutionalize Health-Promoting Schools — places where nutrition, hygiene, and mental wellness are treated as seriously as academics. He's also championing the platform's school-led tree planting initiatives, turning carbon neutrality into something children can literally watch grow alongside them.
Scientific rigor, global experience, and a deep belief in equity — Dr. Amladi brings all three to the work of building a healthier generation, one child, one school, one milestone at a time.

Syam Jonnalagadda
Board Member, Wombto18
Long before "tech for good" became a popular phrase, Syam Jonnalagadda was already building at the frontier of it. Over more than 25 years, he's worked inside some of the institutions that defined modern connectivity itself — AT&T, Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, and Proxim Wireless — places where the technology that quietly powers everyday life was first imagined and engineered.
As Director of Engineering at Proxim Wireless, he led the kind of Wi-Fi and IoT innovation that now sits invisibly behind millions of connected devices. As Managing Director of Proxim India, he took that work global, expanding its reach across markets and cultures. Along the way, as a Technical Advisor in AI, IoT, and cybersecurity, he's remained hands-on with the technologies shaping what comes next — never just a strategist watching from a distance, but an engineer who still builds.
That instinct — to build things that matter — is exactly what he brings to OTAAT and Wombto18. Syam is the architect behind the platform's technical backbone: designing scalable digital health infrastructure that can track a child's journey from maternal care onward, weaving IoT and automation into immunization tracking and climate monitoring, and enabling the real-time analytics and AI-driven decision support that help the right message reach the right family at the right moment.
As he puts it himself:
"Tech isn't just about speed and scale — it's about service to humanity. OTAAT bridges that gap through purpose-built innovation."
For Syam, every line of code written for Wombto18 carries that same intention: technology measured not by how fast it scales, but by how many lives it genuinely touches.

Mr. Amol Dhamdhere
Board Member, Wombto18
For more than three decades, Mr. Amol Dhamdhere has measured success not in buildings or budgets, but in the lives of the students who pass through them. As Vice-President of the Indian Education Society (IES) and through leadership roles as Director of Sanjivani International School, Friends' Academy, and Tiruchy Public School, and CEO of Guru Nanak Vidyak Society, he has spent a career inside the rooms where education actually happens — guiding institutions through new academic programs, infrastructure upgrades, and international collaborations that have shaped the learning experience for thousands of students.
What sets him apart isn't just institutional reach, but a particular kind of skill: the ability to bring management, educators, parents, and students into the same room, pulling in the same direction. That's harder than it sounds, and it's a big part of why his impact has lasted — schools don't transform through policy alone, but through the everyday trust built between everyone inside them.
His contributions haven't gone unnoticed. Mr. Dhamdhere has been honored with the Shiv-Gaurav Puraskar, the Wadala Bhushan Puraskar, and recognition from the Central Government for his work in advancing science and education.
At Wombto18, that decades-long fluency in how schools actually work makes him an essential guide — someone who understands not just the vision of bringing health screenings and wellness programs into schools, but the real, human work of making institutions, families, and communities move together toward it.

Eshwar Reddy
Co-Founder, Wombto18
Some founders start with a story. Eshwar Reddy started with a system. With over 18 years scaling organizations, optimizing operations, and driving sustainable growth across global markets, he's spent his career in the unglamorous but essential work of making big ideas actually run — through Lean Management, Six Sigma practices, and large-scale service operations that turn vision into something repeatable and real.
That discipline is exactly what Wombto18 needed to go from a powerful idea to a platform built to last. Eshwar leads the work of strengthening healthcare and school partnerships, building the operational backbone that lets a child's journey be tracked seamlessly from the maternal stage all the way to age 18, and shaping a platform designed to be both scalable and investor-ready — not just meaningful, but built to grow.
Under his leadership, Wombto18's promise to families — vaccination reminders, wellness guidance, sustainability initiatives — isn't just a mission statement. It's backed by strong operational foundations and measurable outcomes, the kind of infrastructure that lets purpose survive contact with scale.
For Eshwar, precision is never the point in itself. It's in service of something he cares about deeply: maternal health, child wellness, and sustainable development — and a future where every child grows up healthier, in a world that's greener because of it.

Adv. Swapneal Sansare
Non-Executive Advisory Board Member & Legal Advocate, Wombto18
Most people only meet the law when something has already gone wrong. Adv. Swapneal Sansare built Decoded.law to change that — to get to people before the damage, not after. As a criminal lawyer and legal awareness advocate, he takes the dense, intimidating language of legislation and turns it into something far more useful: real-life lessons that help ordinary citizens protect themselves from manipulation, misinformation, and the misuse of power.
His work cuts across the issues that matter most in daily life — women's rights, cyber safety, police powers, civic awareness — built on a simple conviction: legal understanding shouldn't feel like fear. It should feel like armor.
That conviction is exactly why he sits on Wombto18's advisory board. Adv. Sansare is shaping the legal and safety awareness modules built for adolescents aged 12–18, and the parent engagement programs that surround them — making sure the platform's promise of a safer, more aware generation isn't just aspirational, but grounded in real legal literacy and real-world protection.
As he puts it:
"Law isn't meant to scare you; it's meant to shield you."
At Wombto18, that shield is exactly what he's building — one informed teenager, one informed parent, at a time.
