Our Mission

To empower every child in India—from the womb to 18 years—with timely healthcare, developmental support, and environmental responsibility.

WombTo18 is committed to building a future where every child receives timely vaccine reminders, milestone tracking, and access to annual health check-up camps supported by dedicated school health ambassadors.

Through school-based emergency preparedness and resilience training under the Health Promoting Schools (HPS) model, we instill life-saving skills early in life. Every registration also contributes to climate action, with a tree planted for each child through our Green Cohort initiative—uniting child wellness with environmental stewardship.

By leveraging technology, data-driven systems, and inclusive outreach, we aim to reach even the most underserved communities—making child development measurable, equitable, and future-ready.

Our mission aligns with India’s national goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 4 & 13)—ensuring no child is left behind in health, education, or sustainability.

Our Vision

To create a caring, connected India where every child grows up healthy, informed, and climate-conscious.

By 2030, we aim to:

Reach 25 million children and families with preventive healthcare and wellness tools.

Reduce preventable child deaths through timely immunization and parental awareness.

Empower schools and communities with health-promoting education, and plant 25 million geo-tagged trees to build India’s first carbon-neutral child cohort.

We envision a Bharat where every child—whether born in a city, village, or tribal community—is supported by the power of technology, tradition, and collective care—from the womb to 18 years.
