Advisory Board Onboarding & Due Diligence
To maintain credibility, integrity, and alignment with WombTo18’s national mission, we follow a structured onboarding process for every Advisory Board applicant.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
- To be considered, individuals must meet at least one of the following:
🩺 Healthcare
- Minimum 7+ years in clinical practice, public health, or health policy
- Membership in bodies like IAP, FOGSI, ACVIP, or WHO-affiliated programs
🌱 Climate & Sustainability
- Proven contributions to afforestation, ESG, carbon offset, or related domains
- Experience advising CSR teams or participating in environmental campaigns
🛡️ Safety & Emergency Preparedness
- Former/serving roles in Indian Army, NDRF, Police, or Fire & Disaster Services

Certified trainers in disaster risk reduction, first-aid, or resilience education
📘 Education & Youth Development
- 5+ years as school leader, curriculum designer, NEP/NCERT contributor
- Background in adolescent engagement, child rights, or SDG integration
💻 Technology & Innovation
- Experience building or advising digital public platforms (Govt./NGO/startups)
- Product, AI, or data roles aligned with health, education, or impact innovation
🔍 Due Diligence Process
We perform basic vetting for all applicants:
- Document Verification
- Resume or LinkedIn profile
- Relevant credentials/certificates (medical license, academic degrees, etc.)
- Reference Check
- 1–2 professional references (preferably from aligned institutions or sectors)
- Conflict of Interest Review
- Confirmation of non-affiliation with competing platforms or conflicting interests
- Ethical Alignment
- Written acknowledgment of WombTo18’s core values and ethical standards
- Relevant credentials/certificates (medical license, academic degrees, etc.)

📥 Onboarding Process
Once shortlisted:
- Initial Call – A short introduction call with the WombTo18 team
- Approval by Core Committee – Final review and clearance
- Advisory Welcome Kit
- Digital certificate of appointment
- Advisory Code of Conduct
- Annual meeting calendar
- Visibility guidelines (for LinkedIn, presentations, etc.)
🔐 Scrutiny & Accountability
WombTo18 reserves the right to:
- Remove any advisor found violating ethical norms or misrepresenting the platform
- Review contributions annually and rotate advisors based on involvement
