Is my data really private? Who can see it?
Only authorized personnel with limited access rights can see your data for service delivery. We never share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
What if I don’t want to give personal details online?
We only ask for essential information to deliver personalized health and wellness updates. Your data stays encrypted, and we do not track unnecessary behavior or preferences.
Will my child’s name or photo be used publicly?
Never. All data used in dashboards or reports is anonymized or aggregated. No child-specific details are shown publicly without consent.
Are you connected to any hospital or health system?
We partner with clinics, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, hospitals, and government programs to complement—not replace—their services. Our goal is to enable better follow-up and parent action.
Do you provide vaccination at home or in clinics?
We are a reminder and wellness tech platform — not a vaccination provider. However, we can connect you with partner hospitals or government drives in your area.
What’s the exact cost and how do I pay?
Our standard fee is ₹950 per child (lifetime), which covers all reminders, updates, reports, and a tree plantation. Payment is done online, securely through our platform.
Do you offer discounts for low-income families or schools?
Yes. We offer subsidized or CSR-sponsored packages for government schools, anganwadis, and families in need. Institutions can also partner with us for bulk onboarding plans.
Is the tree plantation part optional?
No, it’s part of our core impact model. Every registration includes one child = one tree — making every family part of our Carbon-Neutral Child movement.
What support do you provide after we enroll?
We provide:

Can this be used during school admission or transfer?
Yes. Our vaccination and growth records are downloadable and printable. These are especially useful for school transfers, overseas education, or pediatric references.
Can hospitals integrate this into their EMR?
Yes. We offer custom API and dashboard integration options for hospitals or pediatric networks to embed reminder services into their existing workflow.
Who maintains the trees? Are they really planted?
Trees are planted through verified on-ground NGO partners. Each tree is geo-tagged, assigned a unique code, and maintained for minimum 2–3 years.
How can I see my tree?
You’ll receive a digital certificate with GPS coordinates and a dashboard link. You can check the plantation map to see your tree cohort’s location and updates.
Is the plantation done in the child’s name?
Yes. The tree is tagged to your child’s registration ID and full name (kept private). You can even gift this to grandparents or create sibling tree bundles.
What devices can I access WombTo18 on?
WombTo18 is accessible on mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers. No app install needed — just register and log in.
Can I get alerts on Telegram or Voice Call instead of WhatsApp?
Currently, we support SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. We are exploring voice call reminders for rural areas and regional language SMS alerts.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. The platform is being localized into Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Bengali for better inclusivity.
Can I move my Zoho data to the new React-based portal if I was already registered?
Yes. All existing user data will be migrated securely during platform transition without data loss.

It is PAN-India. Anyone can register from any district, and we are actively onboarding rural schools and clinics with support from CSR partners.
Can grandparents or guardians register the child?
Yes. Any primary caregiver (including grandparents or legal guardians) can register a child and receive updates.
Why should I pay for reminders when I can note dates on my phone/calendar for free?
Phones can get lost or broken, dates can be wrongly noted, or you may forget when life gets busy. OTAAT sends timely, accurate reminders even if you change phones—keeping your child safe with reliable, professional tracking you can’t get from a simple calendar.
If hospitals already tell us vaccine dates, why do I need your service?
Hospitals often give only the next date, and staff may miss updating you during rush hours. OTAAT tracks every vaccine from birth to 18 years, so you don’t miss doses even if you switch hospitals or doctors.
My child is healthy so far—why spend money on reminders now?
Missing one vaccine can lead to serious illness, lifelong disability, or costly hospitalizations. Paying a small fee now protects your child’s future health and saves you from unexpected big expenses later.
What if I change my phone number—will I stop getting reminders?
No. Just inform us of your new number—your child’s records stay safe, and reminders continue on your updated number.
What if I don’t have a smartphone—will it still work?
Yes. OTAAT reminders work on any mobile—basic keypad phones included. No internet or smartphone needed.
How do I check or update my child’s records if I don’t use the internet?
Call or visit our partner health center, or ask your local OTAAT representative. We’ll help you update or print records anytime.
How do I know OTAAT and WombTo18 are genuine and not a scam?
OTAAT and WombTo18 are part of Ai2Mind, a DPIIT-recognized Startup India company. We work with pediatricians, hospitals, and government-compliant data security systems. You can visit our website or offices, and talk to families already using our service.
Who are you—are you approved by the government or trusted doctors?
We are recognized by the Government of India’s DPIIT under Startup India, and we partner with qualified pediatricians and hospitals. Our reminders follow the Indian Academy of Pediatrics vaccine schedule.
How do I know my child’s data will be safe and not misused?
We use advanced security measures, encrypt data, and follow India’s data protection laws. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Is there any hidden cost beyond the subscription fee?
No. There are no hidden charges—your one-time or annual fee covers all reminders, record-keeping, milestone tips, and tree planting.
If I can’t pay later, will I lose access to my child’s records?
No. Even if you don’t renew, your existing records remain safe and can be retrieved any time you need.
Why is it not free if you really care about children’s health?
Free services often don’t guarantee timely support or data security. Your payment supports professional tracking, technology, data safety, and programs like planting trees—helping protect both your child’s health and their environment.
What happens if your reminder comes late—who is responsible if my child misses a vaccine?
OTAAT sends reminders ahead of time, but it is parents’ responsibility to visit the hospital on time. We guide you proactively so you have time to plan.
Do you guarantee my child won’t get sick if I use your reminders?
No one can promise perfect health, but we ensure your child gets timely vaccinations—one of the best ways to prevent many serious diseases.
How is this different from government programs like Mamta cards or ASHA workers’ follow-ups?
Government systems often only remind you at the village level and may miss doses or updates if you move. OTAAT tracks your child until 18, gives clear reminders in your language, and provides digital records you can access anytime.
What exactly is included in WombTo18—do I get doctor consultations too?
WombTo18 gives reminders, digital records, milestone and growth guidance, and educational resources. Doctor consultations aren’t included, but we partner with hospitals that may offer discounts to our members.
How often will you send tips and milestone guidance?
We send tips regularly based on your child’s age—covering key milestones, nutrition, school readiness, and mental wellness.
What languages do you support? Can I get reminders in my local language?
Yes! We currently support Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, and more coming soon—so you get reminders in the language you understand best.
How can I be sure a tree was actually planted for my child?
We share updates and photos from planting drives on our website, social media, and newsletters. Each child’s registration adds to our carbon-neutral child program.
Where are these trees planted—do I get proof or a certificate?
Trees are planted in collaboration with local NGOs, schools, and forest departments. Certificates or acknowledgments are provided digitally once planting is completed.
Is tree planting just a marketing trick to get my money?
No. Our mission is to build India’s first carbon-neutral child cohort, and we publicly share plantation records—your payment truly helps the planet.
